                Dr. Faten  bint Salem Al Sari, deputy director of the Women Work Programs Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, stressed that there are more than 6000 female graduates of the faculties of Technology for Girls in the Kingdom, of which only 27.23% are working which means only 1634 women.
    Al Sari pointed that the percentage of Saudi women in the total labor force is about 22%. In addition, the percentage of women participation in the Kingdom compared to the international rates is almost 17.7%. She is optimistic about what could be achieved in the 2030s, especially for women, as it aims to benefit from all the powers of the Kingdom headed by the human element, both males and females.
    Al Sari referred to the Government efforts to support the increase in the number of women workers in various sectors by launching several initiatives aimed at increasing the demand and supply of women labor force, such as: telecommuting, child care, women work in factories and retail, That the employment of women is part of the strategic work field of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, noting that the ministry aims to improve the quality of services provided in women workshops and the establishment of beauty centers as a first stage and then other types of women workshops in later stages.
    In this context, Al Sari considered the national portal "Taqat" as a comprehensive digital mirror of the Saudi labor market, noting that the portal mission is to create a high quality digital labor market to enable job seekers to get the right job. The aim of the portal is to reduce the unemployment rate among citizens and enhance the competitiveness of the workforce, as well as provide an effective and integrated platform to enhance transparency in the labor market.
    In the meeting, Al Sari also reviewed "Droob", a major national initiative sponsored by the Human Resources Fund, which  improves applications, researchers and job seekers who wish to  improve their skills and career levels to advanced levels. The course begins with the introduction of e-learning courses through obtaining accredited certificates from major companies in the Kingdom, which gives the job seeker priority in the direct recruitment of the holders of these certificates, the third and fourth combined training and certification.
    For their part, the businesswomen expressed their fear of the high rates of Saudization required in the sector, the fact that these percentages will contribute to the creation of new unemployment through the closure of a large number of workshops and centers of women decoration, pointing that it is a professional profession and needs to be studied before the specialized determination And especially before the availability of qualified national workers, especially in light of the reluctance of most Saudi girls to work in this sector for several reasons, the first lack of specialized training and working hours that are not suitable to the social life of the Saudi girl in addition to the lack of a database of the few who want to work in the sector, pointing that most registered in the National Portal do not want to work in the professional sectors salons.
    While other salons owners expressed their happiness of the Saudization and the support for Saudi girls, but they seek to intensify training for Saudi girls in this sector to not handle as investors the resulting loss from the employment of Saudi girls who do not possess any specialized training.
    At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Committee of women salons in Asharqia Chamber, Shuaa Al Dahilan, presented a memorial shield to Dr Faten  bint Salem Al Sari.
